IBAR ex-Chairman is jailed...

Happened what was expected. I could not be happy for what happened but, it was expected a long time ago. Everything was prepared for this. Hope that now, innocent people could get their freedom.

During the history of modern country this type of people get jailed and few years later when they become powerless they were released. It is not the good news for this people but, it is how the history developed. People get power hit others from the scene and later there will come their term. That how the thing work in our country. :(

New term for investigation. When it will end?

Today, I was at the court and they just extended it for another 3 month. When this nightmare will end up? No one asks anything from innocent people, they just extend and extend without any question and decision. It is obvious that court is the show all decisions are already taken on a big game. But, why innocent people are the subject of the game???

Another hit

While I am not in the country, I still follow news and try to keep in touch with the company. Today, I received very very bad news. Few month before, my closest friend just took a responsibility to keep company alive and stop damages. He signed himself as a Chairman of the Board - totally public work according to the legislation. This happened at the end of July and today is September... Now, he is in jail. For what?

Some progress from the side of IBAR

Finally IBAR was able to take decision on what they want to do. Hope that they will finalize all the process asap so, everybody will have a rest from the pressure and uncertainty with the payments...

Another tough day.

I personally would like to thank to all people who involved in the project and despite the hard days, emotions and pressure still comes to work and meet customers. These people deserve a special thank due what they do...
I am not sure how much I personally can tolerate this pressure but, once again thank you 7 hills sales team for keeping your emotions aside and putting all your professional abilities to the work.
Another hard day...

What is happening

The currency exchange rate shaked economy but, it could not ruin all the companies in one day. I really can not understand what is going on, why banks stopped to finance and why there is no stimulation for business.
This situation does not help us even to make any steps. There was no necessity to change the currency rate two times... This is real shock and no one cares... More and more companies closing, people are loosing their works and do not care about this. Everybody cares about the exchange rate and dollar...

Problem...You could not escape them...

We have to officially admit that project is delayed... Details.

What happened is not our fault at all. We still do believe that this one of the interesting and attractive residential projects of Baku. But, stakeholders should take a decision since we already have new people here.

We still have hope that project will revitalized, we are ready to leave the board but, company has one of the best teams to implement this project. But we will see...

It reaches us...

Economy turbulence of 2015 finally reaches us but we will try to do out best to continue our project. I get a new mission to finance the project...New mission new challenges.

I will never believe this

I will never believed this if I will not be involved. Person has no relation to the history of the company now, have to explain what happened and how company becomes like this. Hope this will not take to long and we will get soon good news... But now we have what we have :(

Today I got a bad news that one of my teachers - Dr. Mehdiyev left Azerbaijan. I wish him all the best...

It is sad when people admit what they should not admit...

IBAR Chairman left his position. Challenges or opportunities???

Today before the Novruz holidays' we get a news. This news is very sudden and unexpected. IBAR Chairman resigned from his position by his will. Nothing happens in one night but, it happened.
I do not know will it be good or bad but, we will have a new stakeholders on board. Looking for good news...
