New term for investigation. When it will end?

Today, I was at the court and they just extended it for another 3 month. When this nightmare will end up? No one asks anything from innocent people, they just extend and extend without any question and decision. It is obvious that court is the show all decisions are already taken on a big game. But, why innocent people are the subject of the game???

Another hit

While I am not in the country, I still follow news and try to keep in touch with the company. Today, I received very very bad news. Few month before, my closest friend just took a responsibility to keep company alive and stop damages. He signed himself as a Chairman of the Board - totally public work according to the legislation. This happened at the end of July and today is September... Now, he is in jail. For what?

Some progress from the side of IBAR

Finally IBAR was able to take decision on what they want to do. Hope that they will finalize all the process asap so, everybody will have a rest from the pressure and uncertainty with the payments...

Another tough day.

I personally would like to thank to all people who involved in the project and despite the hard days, emotions and pressure still comes to work and meet customers. These people deserve a special thank due what they do...
I am not sure how much I personally can tolerate this pressure but, once again thank you 7 hills sales team for keeping your emotions aside and putting all your professional abilities to the work.

What is happening

The currency exchange rate shaked economy but, it could not ruin all the companies in one day. I really can not understand what is going on, why banks stopped to finance and why there is no stimulation for business.
This situation does not help us even to make any steps. There was no necessity to change the currency rate two times... This is real shock and no one cares... More and more companies closing, people are loosing their works and do not care about this. Everybody cares about the exchange rate and dollar...

Problem...You could not escape them...

We have to officially admit that project is delayed... Details.

What happened is not our fault at all. We still do believe that this one of the interesting and attractive residential projects of Baku. But, stakeholders should take a decision since we already have new people here.

We still have hope that project will revitalized, we are ready to leave the board but, company has one of the best teams to implement this project. But we will see...
